¿Tiene un plan de respaldo?
Para las ONG: ¿Sabes, por ejemplo, qué hacer si alguien de tu equipo se pone enfermo en el último minuto? ¿Si el material no llega a tiempo? ¿Si llueve a cántaros durante los días del festival? Evalúe sus riesgos y tenga un plan B para los peores casos.
Para festivales: Como organizador de un festival, debes estar familiarizado con la gestión de riesgos. Cuando se trate de ONG, ten en cuenta que están formadas por voluntarios. No se gestionan como una empresa con ánimo de lucro. Intenta ser flexible si surgen emergencias de última hora.
