For NGO'er: Ved du f.eks., hvad du skal gøre, hvis en person på dit team bliver syg i sidste øjeblik? Hvis dit materiale ikke bliver leveret til tiden? Hvis det regner i løbet af festivaldagene? Vurdér dine risici, og hav en plan B for de værst tænkelige scenarier.
For festivaler: Som festivalarrangør bør du være bekendt med risikostyring. Når det drejer sig om NGO'er, skal du tænke på, at de består af frivillige. De drives ikke som en virksomhed med gevinst for øje. Prøv at være fleksibel, hvis de kommer med nødsituationer i sidste øjeblik.
