For NGOs: Do you, for example, know what to do if someone on your team gets sick last minute? If your material doesn’t get delivered in time? If it's raining cats and dogs during the festival days? Asses your risks and have a plan B for the worst-case scenarios.
For festivals: As a festival organizer, you should be familiar with risk management. When it comes to NGOs, consider that they consist of volunteers. They are not run like a for-profit company. Try to be flexible if they come up with last minute emergencies.
