Do you know how much you have to pay?
For festivals: You can't expect that it is enough to simply offer space on your festival site for an NGO area, and then everything will magically happen on its own. You will need to provide infrastructure, some general decorations and security to implement such an area. Also, have you thought about hiring a person to take care of NGOs?
For NGOs: Do you know if and how much you have to pay, for example for your booth, electricity and lighting, and when it is due? Have you made a financial agreement with the festival? Make sure you know if any prices you have agreed on are net or gross. If you are a charitable organization, find out if you can receive a donation receipt.
