Do you know when cars are allowed to enter the festival site?
For festivals: Make sure there is time available during assembly and disassembly, when NGOs are allowed to enter the site with their cars. Explain why there cannot be any exceptions to this rule (e.g., cars can't drive through the crowd during the festival). Communicate the times clearly and in advance, so NGOs can start organizing volunteers early.
