Planer sind Träumer, die ihre Träume wahr werden lassen.
Wenn Sie eine gute Idee für ein innovatives Kooperationsprojekt haben, das im Rahmen eines Festivals stattfinden soll, müssen Sie es sehr sorgfältig planen.
Stellen Sie sich nur einmal vor, wie viel Planung in einem mehrtägigen Festival steckt: den Veranstaltungsort vorbereiten, Künstler*innen kontaktieren und buchen, Gesundheit und Sicherheit gewährleisten, Karten verkaufen, Werbung machen... die Liste ist endlos.
Wenn Ihr Projekt in diese Liste aufgenommen werden soll, planen Sie besser im Voraus und überlassen Sie nichts dem Zufall. Denken Sie daran: “Eine Stunde Planung kann Ihnen 10 Stunden Arbeit ersparen!”
