For festivals: Do you release an official call for proposals?
Creating a call for proposal gives you the chance to attract NGOs and to define the terms on which they can participate. Make sure to release it early, leaving enough time for preparations. Try to make the requirements as precise as possible, so NGOs know what they have to deliver and if they are able to do so. Use the proposal form to already ask for certain information like contacts, planned activities, etc.
