Cooperation in German translates as Zusammenarbeit, which literally means work together.

Doing a social innovation project together in a festival setting is a serious task. It requires a lot of planning, energy and time from all parties involved. The fact that it is taking place in a festival makes things more complicated; there will be so many different factors that need to be considered as well as many spontaneous challenges and opportunities that will arise.

It is therefore crucial for the partners and every other stakeholder to establish and agree on certain ground rules to abide by during this process.

In this section, we have listed some basic and very essential rules that your team should go through and understand and agree upon. What you don't establish in the beginning might come back as a problem in the process... Be prepared!
