Are the methods tailored to enable the activity to reach its objectives in the most efficient and timely manner?

For NGOs: After you have defined what you want to bring across to the audience, think about how to best do so. Consider the limited resources and time you have available and the limitations the site puts on you.

For festivals: NGOs may not be familiar with a huge audience and thousands of people passing their booth every day. Inform them about how much audience you expect, which kind of audience you expect, and help them if needed to develop an activity that allows them to benefit from the festival as much as possible to support their mission/work.
