Way finding: How will visitors find the project?

It's important to let visitors know where they can find what they are interested in. Photo by Superbloom Festival
For festivals: Even the best NGO area is wasted if people can't find it. Remember to put up signs at central points in your way-finding system and on your map of the festival site, so people know where they have to go. If you have an app, include it there. Consider also uploading a list of the NGOs present.

For NGOs: Please understand that festivals can't put up signs pointing to your booth everywhere on the site. There are many partners involved in a festival and they all want to be seen. Talk to the festival organizers to find out if there are other ways you can present yourself to make people aware of you, e.g., on their website, or by sending out your team members to lead visitors to your booth.
