Are all team members familiar with the methods that will be used and the activities that will be done? This includes both the NGO teams and festival crews (festival and NGO contacts, the volunteers, relevant festival staff, security. If not, preparatory training and information sessions are required.
If NGOs plan a flash mob, for instance, all relevant people must be informed; in such crowded places it may have unwanted consequences otherwise.
