Planners are dreamers that make their dreams come true.
Once you have a good idea for a social innovation cooperation project to take place within a festival, you need to plan it very carefully.
Just imagine how much planning is involved in a multi-day festival; arranging the venue, contacting and booking the artists, ensuring health and safety, selling tickets, promoting... the list goes on.
If your project is meant to go onto that list, better plan ahead and do not leave anything to chance or to the last minute. Remember: "One hour of planning can save you 10 hours of doing!"
