Is there an info pack for NGOs?

For festivals: Consider creating something like an FAQ for your NGOs, so you won't get asked the same basic questions over and over again. This can include health/safety rules, info on common legal issues, regulations on stalls/decorations, a list of prohibited items, contact info, etc.
For NGOs: Ask the festival if they have a collection of the information necessary for NGOs. This might save you a lot of calls to your contact person at the festival.
