For festivaler: Hvis du har et designkoncept for standene på festivalpladsen, skal du hurtigst muligt meddele det til NGO'erne. De er fleksible med hensyn til at designe og skabe, men de har brug for god tid i forvejen. Fortæl dem, hvad du gerne vil have, og hvad du ikke ønsker at se på festivalpladsen (f.eks. store oppustelige ting). De sætter for det meste pris på detaljeret vejledning for deres stand.
For NGO'er: Er der forventninger til, hvordan din stand skal se ud? Er der ting, som festivalarrangøren ikke ønsker at have på deres festival (f.eks. store oppustelige ting)? Sørg for at designe din stand så kreativt og tiltalende som muligt.
