For festivaler: Overvej at oprette en FAQ for dine NGO'er, så du ikke får de samme grundlæggende spørgsmål igen og igen. Det kan omfatte sundheds- og sikkerhedsregler, oplysninger om almindelige juridiske spørgsmål, regler for stande/udsmykning, en liste over forbudte genstande, kontaktoplysninger osv.
For NGO'er: Spørg festivalen, om de har en FAQ med de nødvendige informationer. Det kan spare dig for en masse opkald til din kontaktperson på festivalen.
